What is your minimum stay period?

We have a minimum two night stay for the months of April, May, June, September and October; a minimum of three nights for July and August; weekends and weekly booking are available.

Do you rent to hunters:

Yes if hunting is during our rental Season which is from mid-April to the end of October. We are not open for bear and deer seasons.

Rates based on 4 people:

Cabin: $120 per night for up to 4 people ($12.50 per person beyond 4) $ $750 + tax for one week ($60 per person beyond 4)

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, $100 is due at the time of your reservation. Cancellations received 2 weeks in advance of reservation will be refunded $75 if rebooked by another party.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept payment in cash or credit card. Payment in full is expected at time of check-in. All reservations are subject to 9% state and local lodging taxes.

When is check-in/check-out?

Cabin check-in is 4 p.m., checkout is 12 noon; early check-in can be requested if facilities are available and, this request can be accommodated.

What is your policy on extra guests?

Cabins have listed sleeping capacity for adults. Please verify the number of people in your group when making your reservations.

Are pets allowed?

Good question. Well behaved pets are permitted. They must be under the control of owner. Please request permission at the time of making reservation. Dog breed and social behavior are important to us since we have 4 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels who love to visit.

Can we bring tents, a camper, or an RV/Motor home?

NO

NOTE: Cabins are furnished with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, gas/electric heat, toaster, and coffee pot. Bed linens are provided but you must bring your own towels and toiletries.
